The STOP BULLYING committee is advocating for legislation to help stop bullying in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Our legislators tell us that they need people from all over the Commonwealth to witness and demonstrate that bullying of elders is widespread and needs to be corrected. And we need your ideas!

With your help, we are drafting recommendations for legislation to be filed in the coming session at the State House. Our goal will be to better protect elders and people living with disabilities in residential and community settings. Make your voice heard. This is your chance to make a difference. Please write with your experiences and ideas. Join us in putting a stop to bullying and harassment of elders and people living with disabilities. We are familiar with the value and power of existing protective laws, and have used the courts to gain relief—but we know that more is needed.—Jerry and Bonny
